We were recommended by a friend to use Worldlink as they were very happy with the services provided. We first used Worldlink in 2004 to obtain Australian Permanent Resident Status for our whole family. We obtained our PR in 2005. Consequently, Worldlink successfully helped us to extend this PR status despite us not meeting the requirements. My husband and I subsequently lost our PR status in 2015 as we find that there is no need to continue with our Australian residency since we can travel to Australia freely with an ETA. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in international borders closure and only Australian PR and citizens can return to Australia. Since we lost our Australian PR, we approached Susan to see whether there is any visa alternative for us as our children are in Australia and needed us during these challenging times.

So earlier this year -2021 – we again engaged Worldlink to try to reinstate my Permanent Residency status. With their advice and careful structuring, our application was successful after a relatively short time – just over 3 months.

Worldlink’s services are way beyond excellent. We have always gone through Ms. Susan, who has been helpful to the extreme. Not only helpful but kind and understanding of our predicament. Ms. Susan never made us feel as if we were being a “Nuisance” when we contacted her. After all this time of dealing with Ms. Susan and Worldlink we feel a special relationship has been built. A true professional person and company.

I would absolutely recommend Worldlink. I would not have one single negative thing to say about them. Professional, hardworking and they most certainly get results. I would like to thank Ms. Susan for reuniting us with our family and for helping us with every step in the process along the way.
